The NLIU-IndusLaw Certificate Courses is organised in collaboration with IndusLaw, yet another leading law firm of the country. While the 2nd edition restricted itself to the Capital Markets practice, the 3rd edition of the course expanded the practice area to TMT laws as well.
The course offers unique opportunities to students of the third and fourth year to interact with experts in the field and gain valuable insights into these practice areas. Like other courses, participants who perform exceedingly well are rewarded with internships.
The 3rd NLIU-Indus Law Certificate Course was a 2-day course held on the 9th and 10th of March 2024. While the TMT session focused on ‘Trends in Technology, Media and Telecom Laws and Policy’ and the Capital Markets course was titled ‘Navigating IPO Offer Documents and Developments.’
