The NLIU-Saraf & Partners Certificate Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws began in 2022 as a collaborative effort by NLIU and Saraf & Partners, one of the leading law firms in India, to explore the practicalities of the practise area through an interactive course with the partners of the firm themselves! This is a one day course wherein partners of the firm visit the campus for the course.
Please note that the course is currently offered only to the students of the third and the fourth year at NLIU. Students from these batches are required to register themselves by submitting the form. Once we receive the registrations, we shall shortlist the students based on their academic performance. The course class would consist of a maximum of 60 students in total. The students attending the course are also awarded a certificate of participation by Saraf & Partners, apart from other brilliant opportunities.
