The NLIU – Saraf and Partners Certificate Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws is held in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Dispute practice at Saraf and Partners. The course has seen three editions as of 2025 with a number of participants receiving internship and pre-placement offers as a result of their exceptional participation in the course.
The course is designed with the objective of equipping participants with a thorough conceptual understanding along with insights into the practical application of these theoretical concepts.
The 3rd edition of the course was conducted in February 2025. This course offered students direct engagement with partners in the field and internship opportunities for selected participants.
